Tamara Tavares

Meet Tamara! The head nurse and coordinator at Dental Care Glebe.

Tamara has over 6 years of experience working in the dental industry. She has been part of the wonderful team here at Dental Care Glebe since 2018. Prior to this, Tamara worked in various dental offices within Sydney. She has completed her Certificate III and IV in Dental Assisting and Oral Health Promotion.

Tamara is skilled in all areas of dental assisting. When not at the front desk organising and booking patient appointments, Tamara can be found assisting during everything from routine check-up and cleans to complex treatments such as implants and bone grafting, IV sedation, endodontic treatment, and surgical extractions.

Outside of work, Tamara enjoys hanging out with her family and friends. On most weekends she spends time with her two young nieces, Savanna and Jemira, who look forward to accompanying her on brunch dates. An avid traveller and lover of warm weather, her favourite place to holiday is in Europe during summer.
